P.B.R. Pie (peach, blueberry, raspberry)

This pie is a delightful and colorful dessert that combines the sweetness of peaches, the tanginess of blueberries, and the vibrant tartness of raspberries. This delectable pie typically features a flaky, golden-brown crust that encases a luscious filling made from a medley of these three juicy fruits.

Ingredients

Pie Crust  (Here!)

 

2 C Peaches

2 C Blueberries

2 C Raspberries

2/3 C Flour

1/3 C Sugar

1 tsp Lemon Juice

1 tsp Lemon zest

¼ tsp Cornstarch

½ tsp Cinnamon

1 Tbl Unsalted Butter

 

Instructions

 

Put all ingredients, except butter, in a bowl. Mix well and let sit for 20 – 25 minutes.

 

Preheat oven to 375

 

Pour fruit mix into prepped pie crust. Dot with butter and top with crust

 

Egg wash the top of the crust, dust with sugar.

 

Tent the pie with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for another 25 minutes
