Cinnamon Palmiers

Cinnamon palmiers are a popular treat for breakfast, brunch, or dessert. They are relatively simple to make and are sure to impress with their elegant appearance and delicious flavor.

Ingredients

·      1 Sheet Puff Pastry

·      1/4  C Sugar

·      2 Tbls Melted Unsalted Butter

·      ¾ tsp cinnamon

·      Pinch Cardamom

 

Instructions

Preheat oven 375 

Sprinkle sugar on your work surface 

Unroll thawed puff on your work surface

Roll out puff

Brush butter on puff

Combine sugar, cinnamon and cardamom. Sprinkle all over the puff.

Roll one long end midway then the other long end midway. So you have two swirlies.

Cut pastry into ¼ inch slices and arrange on prepped baking sheet 1” apart.

Bake for 12 minutes.

Let cool on a wire rack.
