Ganache - Honey Bourbon

Ingredients

 

60g Coconut Milk

1 scraped Vanilla Bean

1 tsp Honey

75g Dark Chocolate

1 tsp Bourbon

Nob of room temp unsalted butter

Instructions

 

Steep the milk with the vanilla bean and honey for 10 minutes.

Strain and put back on the heat until it just starts to bubble.

Pour over the chocolate – wait 20 seconds or so then stir 

After it’s creamy add in the bourbon, stir again.

Add in the butter and stir until complete incorporated.
