There really isn’t a recipe. It’s more a little of this and a bit of that. What I did was…

A sheet of puff pastry cut into 4’s

A few spoonfuls of cherry preserves down the center

Melted butter for brushing

A sprinkle of sugar.

Pop into a 400-degree oven for 20 to 30 minutes… or so.  More like until it’s golden brown.

You’ll need to let it cool before you dive in.
