Kitchen Sink Bars

This unique creation is a celebration of sweet and savory elements, perfectly balanced to provide a satisfying treat for your taste buds.

Ingredients

100g Unsalted Butter

300g Chocolate (at least 53% cocoa)

3 Tbl Honey

 

Handfuls of…

Broken Cookies (I used Biscoff)

Almonds, chopped

Dried Cranberries

Mini Marshmallows

 

Instructions

Line a 4x4 pan with parchment (I used a glad box container)

In a saucepan melt together butter, chocolate, and honey

Meanwhile mix together all the handfuls in a good sized bowl.

Pour melted chocolate over your handfuls stir to make sure everything is coated.

Pour into lined pan, pat everything down with a spatula.

Chill in fridge until set.

Unmold and cut into 1” bars, then 1” wide (if you want) 

Store in the fridge, it lasts about a week.
